Nevertheless, we shall not be liable to you if such information becomes available to anyone through no fault of ours or through any negligence of us or any of our employees or agents.
This policy may be periodically revised, but any such revision shall not apply to any information furnished to us prior to the effective date of such revision.
The effective date of this privacy policy is April 1, 2008.
